Registration (CLOSED)

We expect a large number of applications and the total number of registered participants is limited so we advise you to register and submit your abstract as soon as possible (and not later than February 2nd, 2017). We will select several contributions from the submitted abstracts to be presented as contributed talks and the rest of registerered participants will have the opportunity to present their work at the poster sessions.

Registered participants are also urged to proceed with the accomodation booking before 2 February 2017. Please note that  room prices (and even room availability) as given in VENUE AND ACCOMODATION are only guaranteed by the hotel if booking is done before this date. 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received in written by 1 May 2017 will be accepted and all fees refunded less an administrative charge of 30 euros. A no refund policy will be applied to cancellations made after this date. 

Your registration will not be completed until the payment of the conference fee.
